PBBS offers a variety of preventive maintenance programs to fit your specific needs. These programs are designed to provide the proper care for your boiler and assure dependable operation. Most programs entail a visit by a service technician every one or two months to perform various cleanings and checkouts of the many boiler components and includes an annual boiler cleaning. Or, we can tailor a custom program specifically for you. Depending on the program you choose, you will receive some or all of the service listed below:

Refractory Work
Refractory work ranges from analyzing the necessary repairs to installing new refractory or repairing the old. We handle refractory removal and installation, complete with insulation, including bricked, poured, or cast refractories. The scope of our troubleshooting abilities is not limited to just the boiler. We take pride in being able to look at the over-all scheme of all boiler related equipment in your system and make decisions based on how each piece of equipment relates and reacts to the others.

We handle electrical troubleshooting of boiler and related equipment including control circuits, safety controls, electronic controllers, process and loop controllers, flame safeguards, motors, motor circuits, etc.

Mechanical troubleshooting may range from burner operations, to tube failures to refractory problems, and to a host of other problems with the boiler, pumps, return/feed tanks, or the heating system and related equipment.
